Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We bake fresh daily and quantities can be limited. Special orders, event orders, and wedding orders should be placed in advance through our contact page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing for larger events. For custom and event orders, a deposit may be required to reserve your date.

Pickup, Delivery & Events

Pickup times and locations will be confirmed with your order. For catering, weddings, and special orders, delivery and setup terms are arranged directly with our team. Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window so your cookies are enjoyed at their freshest.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are freshly made and perishable, all sales are generally final. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will make it right. Deposits for custom and event orders may be non-refundable within a certain window of your event date; specific terms are provided when you book.

Allergens

Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any product is free from allergens or cross-contact. Please let us know about allergies before ordering; you are responsible for choices made regarding dietary needs.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Chewk's name, logo, photography, and text — is owned by Chewk's Cookies and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chewk's Cookies is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
